Welcome to the Aenim Lifecare Order Management Application. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Aenim Lifecare Order Management Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this application.

2. Application Purpose and Scope

2.1 Internal Use Only

This application is designed exclusively for:

• Authorized Employees: Sales personnel and staff members of Aenim Lifecare who have been provided with login credentials
• Registered Customers: Business customers who have been granted access by Aenim Lifecare for order management purposes

2.2 Application Functions

The application is used for internal business purposes including:

• Order management and processing
• Customer relationship management
• Sales tracking and reporting
• Location-based customer service (distance calculation for sales visits)

3. User Accounts and Access

3.1 Account Registration

• User accounts are created and managed exclusively by Aenim Lifecare
• Login credentials (username and password) are provided directly by Aenim Lifecare administration
• Users cannot self-register or create their own accounts
• Each user account is personal and non-transferable

3.2 Account Security

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• Not sharing their account with unauthorized persons
• Notifying Aenim Lifecare immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Logging out after each session, especially on shared devices

3.3 Account Termination

Aenim Lifecare reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Termination of employment or business relationship
• Suspicious or unauthorized activity
• Any reason deemed necessary for business operations or security

4. Authorized Use

4.1 Permitted Use

Users may use the application only for:

• Legitimate business purposes related to Aenim Lifecare operations
• Managing orders and customer relationships
• Accessing business information relevant to their role

4.2 Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT:

• Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Attempt to access data or features beyond their authorized permissions
• Use the application for personal or non-business purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Attempt to bypass security measures or authentication systems
• Use automated systems or bots to access the application
• Extract, scrape, or download data for unauthorized purposes

5. Data and Privacy

5.1 Data Collection

The application collects minimal data necessary for business operations:

• Location Data: Used only for calculating distance between sales personnel and customers
• Business Data: Order information, customer details, and transaction records

5.2 What We Don't Collect

• Personal phone contacts from your device
• Phone numbers stored on your device
• Personal messages, call logs, or communication history
• Photos, videos, or media files from your device

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

• The application, its design, features, and functionality are owned by Aenim Lifecare
• All content, trademarks, logos, and branding belong to Aenim Lifecare

6.2 Restrictions

Users may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the application
• Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the application
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

7. Permissions and Device Access

7.1 Required Permissions

The application requires the following device permission:

• Location Access: Required for distance calculation between sales personnel and customer locations

7.2 Permission Management

Users can manage permissions through their device settings. However, denying required permissions may limit application functionality.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or completeness of content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aenim Lifecare shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access or use of the application
• Technical failures, interruptions, or service disruptions

As an authorized user, you agree to:

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between users and Aenim Lifecare regarding the use of this application.
